Your download should begin shortly. If it does not, try RMTrackv2.5.9.exe.

Please take a moment to read the following notes. They will help you get started quickly and lead you to some of the great features RMTrack provides.

To install, simply run the program you downloaded and follow the on screen instructions. The first time you login to RMTrack you will be prompted to download ActiveX Controls. Say yes to the download and wait until you see the RMTrack logo before clicking on "I see the download complete image".

Your new installation will not contain test data. We want you to see just how easy it is to get RMTrack up and running. Log in and you will see a message telling you that no projects have been defined. Use the Project Wizard to guide you through setting up a project and some users.

Go to the 'Customize' menu item on the left of the screen and click on the Site Default workflow on the Workflows page. Spend a few moments familiarizing yourself with the workflow so that you understand how issues will move through the system. Remember, this is a default workflow. Later, you can modify this default or create completely new workflows for each project.

Next, you may want to login as one of the new users you created. Try creating a new issue (click on New Issue - top left of page).

Spend some time looking at the main reporting feature of RMTrack, the My Issues page. By default you will see all the issues that are assigned to you in all of the projects you belong to. Across the top of this page there are three dropdowns: Project, Filter, and Layout. These allow you to customize your view of issues. Try creating a custom filter by using the Filter Wizard (click the dropdown and select New filter...). Try creating a custom layout the same way. Note that you can publish your custom filters and layouts to share with other users.

RMTrack comes complete with online help and easy to follow Administration and User Guides. The guides are accessible from Help->Contents->Documents on every page.
