- Pentium III - compatible or higher processor, 256MB RAM Memory
- 15MB disk space for installation, 100MB for database storage (depending on number
of issues)
- Microsoft SQL Server version 7, 2000 or 2005 (can be separate server)

The installer will automatically configure both IIS and SQL Server. |

How to upgrade from your current version of RMTrack: |
|
|
|
|
1. |
It is always recommended that you do a backup prior to an upgrade. |
|
|
2. |
Download and save the new version from the link above. |
|
|
3. |
Uninstall the current version of RMTrack using the Control Panel's Add/Remove Programs.
This WILL NOT delete your current database. |
|
|
4. |
Open the saved installer by double clicking it. |
|
|
5. |
The installer will give you the option of using an existing RMTrack database. Enter
the name of your old database (default RMT) and select the check-box: Database exists
and is an RMTrack database. |
