842	E-Mail Service	Usability
	Summary:   Need to resolve email issue fields when rule is triggered. Steps:   Currently the issue fields embedded in a notification email are resolved when the email service sends the email. This should be done at 'event' time not at 'send' time as the information may be out of date by then. For example the resolution state may change. Workaround is to decrease the "send frequency" of emails to one minute - the problem may still occur but less often.
1132	Attachments	Usability
	Summary:   It is possible to attach an non-exisitent file to an issue. Steps:   If instead of browsing for an attachment, a file name is entered and the file does not exist, the attachment still appears to be uploaded. This behaviour apears to be browser related (IE and Firefox tested). Another relate problem: Type a directory name in the "File to Attach" box in the file attachment dialog, then press Browse: (a) If you type C:\Windows\ in the box, then the "Choose File" dialog shown by the Browse button starts in C:\Windows, as I would expect (b) If you type C:\Windows in the box (i.e. don't type the trailing slash), then the "Choose File" dialog shown by the Browse button starts in C:\ with "Windows" in the file name - it should work the same as (a) does
1159	Field Level Security	Usability
	Summary:   The Issue Copy command copies fields that the current user is not authorized to update. Steps:   When an issue is copied all fields are copied even fields that the current user does not have update access for. The Copy function should behave the same way as issue create with regard to field access rules.
1268	Help Pages	Usability
	Summary:   Help from Help-->Contents appears empty for some entries. Steps:   When a new contents selection is made the scroll bar does not reset to top of page - short help text cannot be seen and appears to be missing.
1320	Filter	Coding
	Summary:   The special character "colon" in Filter names or Layout names causes problems Steps:   Create a new filter (or layout) and name it abc: (ie. put a "colon" in the name) Publish it to other Users. Logon as another user and try to use it. No data is selected (assuming that there was some) Also, try and 'copy' it - an error is generated.
1575	Custom code tables	Coding
	Summary:   Saving an existing code table crashes. Steps:   Open an existing code table page - Save - Crash. See attached
